Twelve-year-old Andrew Greer was selected by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to travel to Westminster to launch the #CountMeIn campaign, along with 60 others who suffer from the condition.

The campaign launch will see people with the condition meeting their MPs in the Houses of Parliament to raise awareness of Type One and the need for targeted investment to find a cure.
