Carstairs Junction Gala future in doubt
THE future of Carstairs Junction Gala Day is in serious jeopardy unless several people come forward and join the village Community Association.
The AGM of the Community Association was recently held with the outcome being that all but one of the association’s committee stepped down.
This means that the Gala Day and other annual events will not take place next year unless more people come forward.
