Carstairs Primary School HMI praise
CARSTAIRS Primary staff are celebrating after a glowing report from HM Inspectors.
Inspectors, who visited the school earlier this year, gave head teacher Gillian Coulter and her staff a massive thumbs-up, which will undoubtedly have delighted pupils and parents.
