Case of the mystery bike
Stamperland residents are scratching their heads over a bike left chained to the bowling club fence since the start of 2015.
An Extra reader wrote in: “A bit of a mystery: an adult’s bike has been attached to a lamp post on Clarkston Road since January or thereabout.
“It’s still intact and looks a good bike! I’m surprised it hasn’t been vandalised.
“It would be good to reunite it with its owner, perhaps through The Extra.”
