Ten regional winners will be selected before going head to head before a Good Food Guide judging panel, who will crown the overall winner as Readers’ Restaurant of the Year.

Last year, 44,500 votes were registered, with the westend’s Ubiquitous Chip winning the Scotland heat.

Diners can nominate their favourite place for 2013 by visiting www.thegoodfoodguide.co.uk/awards or by submitting a postcard, available at participating restaurants, before April 14.
