Chance to shine onstage offered at Cumbernauld Theatre
Youngsters over four who can sing and dance to a high standard are being invited to audition for a production to be held at Cumbernauld Theatre on Sunday November 5.
Cast members of ‘Broadway Babe’ will perform at both a matinee and evening show which has been organised by Cumbernauld singer Leona Skimming, who also appeared on an edition of Come Dine With Me recently.
The auditions will run from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday July 31 and anyone who can commit themselves to 10 rehearsals on Saturdays at Pulse Dance Studio is welcome to come along.
The audition piece is a verse and a chorus of ‘Consider Yourself’ from the musical Oliver. Participants will also be taught a short dance.
