Charity lunch raises more than £1,400
A CHARITY lunch has raised more than £1,400 for Royal Hospital for Sick Children and Islamic Relief.
Bellahouston Academy’s enterprise group organised the annual date with all the meals served by pupils to staff and guests.
The food was prepared by pupils, parents and local restaurants and businesses with links to the Asian community.
Last year’s organisers won the Cardonald College award for best enterprise group.
