Clarkston Hall is the place to be for charity causes

I love Clarkston and ER Good Causes’ next big thing promises to be a great night out and a fun way to help hardworking charities.

The Absolutely Fabulous girls’ night out and fashion show next week is the place to be and be seen.

Michael Angelo’s trendy diner is offering ‘pre’ and ‘post-theatre’ menus for the special evening, while at the event there will be stalls, hair and beauty advice, sexy butlers serving canapes and refreshments and entertainment from Pulse Radio DJ and X Factor’s Emily Middlemass.

The highlight of the night will be a catwalk fashion show. Participants include a bientot; Zuzu; Tickety Boo-tique; BellaMe hair and beauty and Skinny Malinkys. Tickets at £10 are available from all participants.

Local businesses have raised thousands of pounds for charities over the past five years through ‘I love Clarkston’, the local Business Improvement District (BID).

“We are delighted to support ERGC with the proceeds from our charity raffle at the show,” said Gordon Paterson, chair of I Love Clarkston Bid Team and owner of Living for Style kitchens and bathrooms.

“It makes so much sense for our business organisation to help people who need a helping hand.’

Russell MacMillan, of East Renfrewshire Good Causes, added: “ERGC is able to help more people because of events such as this. We really appreciate the business community choosing us as a partner for this annual Girls’ Night Out.”

The event takes place in Clarkston Hall, next Wednesday, May 13, from 7pm-11pm.
