Clydesdale’s many animal lovers are given paws for though after the success of homing show

Animal loving charity Cat Protection Lanarkshire has declared the first ever cat homing show in Lanark a great success.

On display at the hall were just some of the homeless felines currently in the care of the organisation with prospective new owners being invited to go along and select the moggy they’d like to give a new home to.

The charity’s publicity officer David Kelly reported after the event: “It was a great success and we had great public support.

“We think that eight cats will be re-homed as a result of this exercise after the necessary home check visits have been carried out by us.”
