Clydesdale hit by storm-force winds

dCLYDESDALE suffered its full share of the chaos Tuesday’s storm-force winds brought to many people throughout Scotland.

Transport, both public and private, practically ground to a standstill.

Many local roads were closed due to falling trees and even the main national motorway route through the area, the M74, was closed early that morning due to a lorry being blown over near the Poneil Junction.
