Clydesdale snubbed by Network Rail

Is Clydesdale to totally vanish from the new railway map of Scotland?

That is the serious question being asked as it emerged that, despite much hype to the contrary, train travellers in this area are not even going to be ASKED what share they want of the new beefed up cross-country services from Glasgow to Edinburgh.

It is conjuring up fears of the new, frequent trains roaring through Clydesdale but never actually stopping here to pick up and drop off passengers.
