Tea, coffee and home-baking will available and there will be a range of stalls featuring goods from small local businesses on offer.

East Dunbartonshire Council leader Rhondda Geekie said: “I would encourage everyone to come along to the event to help support their local community and find out more about the community groups and businesses operating in the area.

“There is so much going on in Hillhead and the Community Centre is a modern and vibrant building that is an important social centre for the people of the area.

“Stalls are still available for businesses and community groups interested in attending the event at a cost of £5. All the money raised from this will go straight back into the community to help fund the next community event which will be held in the summer.”

If you are interested in having a stall get in touch with Thomas James 0300 123 4510, [email protected] or Robert Smith from GRACE at [email protected]
