Council services get the all clear from housing regulator
The Scottish Housing Regulator, an organisation that safeguards and promotes the interest of over half a million local authority tenants across Scotland, recently carried out a detailed risk assessment of all 32 Scottish councils.
North Lanarkshire services – including the homelessness services, housing repair services, safety checks and dealing with complaints – passed with flying colours.

Hide AdHousing convener Councillor Sam Love said: “To be one of only nine local authorities to pass the assessment with no further action or inspection being necessary is excellent news and testament to the quality of services we are providing.”
