Craigholme School celebrates impressive exam results

Craigholme School in Pollokshields has maintained its impressive SQA exam results track record, with excellent marks across the board.

In the exams 12 Higher and ten Advanced Higher subjects achieved 100 per cent pass rates.

S5 students, aged 15-16, achieved a 95.6 per cent pass rate, with more than three quarters gaining A and B grades.

Higher subjects which had 100 per cent pass rates include Economics, Spanish and Chemistry.

A 92 per cent overall pass rate was secured in Advanced Higher courses, with Maths, Art and History all showing 100 per cent pass rates.

National 5 performance was strong too, with 30 per cent of girls achieving eight A’s, while S4 achieved a pass rate of 95 per cent. with 84 per cent of the year gaining A’s and B’s.
