Crime writer to stop by The Avenue

Crime writer Christopher Brookmyre visits The Avenue this week to discuss his latest book.

The latest Waterstone’s author event, at Primavera Bistro on Monday (January 26), will focus on Dead Girl Walking — a tale of a talented star who disappears and a journalist fallen from grace, whose only chance of redemption is to find out what happened to the girl with the world at her feet.

Michelle McCabe, centre manager at the Newton Mearns shopping centre, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Christopher Brookmyre, one of Scotland’s most successful writers, back to The Avenue.
