Cumbernauld sex attack arrest
Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with an a serious sexual assault.
The incident, which allegedly involved a 37-year-old woman near Broom Road was reported on Sunday at 10.25am.
This sparked a major police operation in the Cumbernauld Glen area
A report on this incident has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
