Five charged after high profile police incident in Cumbernauld home
Police Scotland has shed more light on an incident in Greenfaulds yesterday (Thursday) which saw a police helicopter scrambled - and a heightened police presence at the scene, including a dog unit.
A force spokesman confirmed “Police were called around 8.30am on Thursday 7 May, 2020, following the report of a disturbance at an address on Ivanhoe Road,
“A 28-year-old man has been taken to Monklands Hospital with serious injuries.
“Five males aged 34,28, 28 27 and 21 have been charged in connection with the incident.”
