Kilsyth and Cumbernauld crime update

Police have revealed that two men have been arrested after violence flared on a street in Condorrat.

A 62-year-old male and a 37-year old man have been arrested for assault after an alleged incident on Dalshannon Road on Thursday, July 15.

A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Meanwhile police are also investigating a spate of vandalism to cars which were parked between Kilsyth's West Burnside Street and Main Street.

A number of vehicles had their paintwork scratched in broad daylight –between 2pm and 7pm on Sunday July 18.
