Man faces housebreaking charges after early morning arrest in Giffnock
A 37-year-old man arrested in Giffnock in the early hours of this morning (Friday, May 1) is expected to appear in court charged with housebreaking and other offences.
Police were called when a resident in Giffnock reported a man’s suspicious behaviour at around 1am.
Response officers took prompt action after receiving the call.
And supported by CCTV operators and the police dog team, officers were able to capture a man in the area.
He is expected to appear in court later today.
