The incident is alleged to have occured at the Lifestyle Express convenience store at the town’s Watling Street at 5.55pm yesterday (Thursday)
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A 37-year old man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Motherwell shop.
