Dance troupe support worthwhile cause
Lanarkshire dance troupe The Kennedy Cupcakes brought dance and music to the Antonine Centre recently as part of Suicide Prevention Week.
Raising awareness about such a taboo subject can be a challenge, but the show “Dancing the Blues Away”, staged by North Lanarkshire’s Choose Life suicide prevention initiative, highlighted how dance, music and being entertained can be good for mental wellbeing.
