Eaglesham's Swan Inn wins '˜best casual dining' award

Relaunched earlier this year with a radically new look and customer offer, the Swan Inn has been steadily earning plaudits from local residents and visitors from across the west of Scotland.

But we’re told that while management were delighted to be in the final four for a Scottish Bar and Pub Awards title they really wanted the winner’s honours – as due reward for the dedicated workforce who have made it all possible.

Now the Inn is looking to build on its success by expanding its kitchen team, and is looking for a chef capable of joining a winning team.
