B-Aware is a high profile campaign aimed at promoting early detection of breast cancer and further improving survival rates across Scotland.

The 15-20 minute sessions aim to empower individuals to make a positive contribution to their health and wellbeing. They are delivered by dedicated and trained volunteers and cover: What it means to be breast aware, understanding what is normal for you and knowing what to do if you notice any changes.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK which can affect both women and men, so it’s important to be breast aware.

Being breast aware is part of caring for your body. It means getting to know how your breasts look and feel so you know what is normal for you.
