Tories to stand in every Cumbernauld and Kilsyth ward

The Scottish Conservatives have succeeded in their aim to place a candidate in every local ward for the upcoming council elections.

One candidate is retired architect David Stark who will represent his home turf of Abronhill in the Cumbernauld East ward.

However, the party has had to cast its net wider in its quest to find candidates for the other remaining wards.
