Family help Law woman Ann Steele raise cash for Cancer Research
ANN Steele was so impressed with her treatment for breast cancer that she wanted to help others in turn – and she had an expert on hand to help her do just that.
Her nephew Lindsay Young had already organised fundraising events for other causes and he was happy to put his skills to use once again to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Now they have handed over £1050 to the charity.
“I’m going through breast cancer at the moment, so Lindsay ran the night for me,” said Ann.
“I wanted to put something back because they were really good to me.”
