Firefighters spend hours tackling blaze
TWO fire appliances spent several hours tackling a blaze in a building in Kilsyth on Monday evening.
The team at Kirkintilloch Fire Station received a call at around 10pm and attended the scene of the blaze on Balmalloch Road.
Two firefighters went into the building with breathing apparatus and the fire was eventually put out around 1am.
Fire services also confirmed that no one was injured.
