Fun for all the family in Bearsden

The fun day has been held for the last four years and last year was an outstanding success with around 1,200 attending on the day and nearly 700 on the field at one point - and it didn’t even rain!

The event is running from 1pm and once again this year there will be a state-of-the-art 24 ft (7.3m) mobile rock climbing and a Spider Mountain plus, for smaller children, a bouncy castle.

There will also be children’s races, a magic show, a dog show, a craft tent, face painting and the Allander Jazz Band will bring their high quality entertainment for people to enjoy.

And they have a fantastic new attraction this year - award winning Garden Centre Silver Birch who will be giving advice throughout the day to those who visit their stand as will BrightCare who have a base in Bearsden.

You can also grab a pizza the action with a slice from Domino’s Pizza and a tea marquee will be available.
