Gazette’s friends have their view on Carluke High Street

One concerned reader wrote to the Gazette asking us to once again flag up the issue.

So we decided to ask our army of Facebook friends how they would like to see the High Street transformed.

The response was immediate and heart-felt with the general consensus being, unsurprisingly, that more shops were needed and of a greater variety than exists at present.
