Good effort ensures Daniel is out and about
Daniel McCarrey has been enjoying the summer in his revamped garden, thanks to the efforts of East Ren Good Causes and his community.
The nine-year-old, registered blind, has no sense of danger as a result of disability, and was unable to use his garden because of uneven ground, rocks and trees and an asbestos-ridden garage.
Isobel Mair pupil Daniel appeared in The Extra in July when ERGC drew together A. Brown Timber Products, Thornbridge Timber Merchants and more to donate and help out.
