

The event marked the completion of the Riverford Community Garden and the switch-on of a new lighting scheme.
Youngsters from nearby St Conval’s primary school braved the rain to take part in a colourful Hallowe’en parade and enjoyed games and storytelling sessions at the official oopening of the community garden.

There was also a special, outdoor screening of a film called Mirror Boy as part of the Africa in Motion film festival.


The project was funded by Glasgow city council, Glasgow Housing Association and Creative Scotland.
