Hartley takes over at Kilsyth Rotary
The Rotary Club of Kilsyth has a new president.
At the club’s meeting in the Coachman Hotel, Kilsyth, retiring president Vaughan Hart officially handed over the chain of office to new president Hartley
Crawford.
