Hospital options quietly dropped
Proposals for new hospital wards at Roadmeetings or Lockhart have been quietly dropped.
A spokeswoman for NHS Lanarkshire said this week that there was no money for options being considered last year to improve facilties at either hopsital.
“We don’t have the capital to do it, so things will stay as they are,” she said.
