House development mooted for land around Kirkintilloch farm

A new housing development could be on the way if planners greenlight a recently-lodged application.

East Dunbartonshire Council’s planning department recently received the application for “planning permission in principal” for ground “to the south and west of Saddlers Brae Farm”, near Kirkintilloch’s Langmuir Road.

The scheme for “a residential development” will be discussed at an upcoming planning board meeting.
