Investigations continue into blaze at three-storey house at Milngavie
Investigations are continuing into a blaze at a three-storey house at Milngavie yesterday (Thursday).
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted at 1.23pm on Thursday, July 9 to reports of a fire within a house at St Edmunds Lane, Milngavie.
“Operations Control mobilised six appliances to the scene, where firefighters were met by a fire which had taken hold of a three-storey property.
“Firefighters worked to extinguish the fire and make the area safe before leaving the scene.
“There were no casualties and crews will re-attend the scene today to ensure the area remains safe.”
