Is windfarm industry ripping off Clydesdale?

The Partnership, a registered charity with members throughout the Borders and the Clydesdale area, formed 12 years ago to act as a watchdog on rural issues, commissioned the study in response to the explosion in windfarm developments in this part of Scotland.
