Jordan Martin is Dux of Lesmahagow High School
LESMAHAGOW High School Dux Jordan Martin has spoken of his delight at receiving the prestigious award. Jordan (16) pipped Andrew Martin and two others to the title in a very close race for the Dux.
However, Jordan, who is looking to study geophysics at university, was just pleased to win the award.
He said: “It’s a very big honour for me. I know the race was very tight and there were only a couple of points that separated four people. I know my mum and dad were really pleased for me.”
