Kaimend man Stevie Rolfe completes unique world record bid

KAIMEND man Stevie Rolfe has completed his unique world record attempt of pregnancy scanning over 1000 cattle – and has raised almost £10,000 doing so.

Stevie (46) was in form last Saturday at Crocketford in Dumfries when he become the first man to scan 1000 cattle in just 11 hours.

He did even better than he expected and finished up scanning 1114 cattle in 10 hours.

Unfortunately, a place in the Guinness Book of World Records eluded Stevie – as the challenge was so specialised.

However, it didn’t stop scores of people sponsoring him and the drive towards a five figure sum going to two charities is almost complete.
