Kilncadzow’s Gavin Whitefield collects his CBE
Gavin Whitefield, Chief Executive of North Lanarkshire Council who hails from Kilncadzow, has received his CBE from the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
His wife Grace and daughters Gayle and Lynne went to London with him.
