Kind-hearted youngsters raise funds for the Philippines
Children, staff and parents at Riverside Childcare in Kirkintilloch have raised an amazing £3,500 to help people in the Philippines following the devastating typhoon.
The nursery organised a sponsored ‘Welly Walk’ and sold tickets for a hamper raffle. The amount raised is expected to rise.
The youngsters recently presented a cheque for Oxfam to East Dunbartonshire Provost Una Walker.
