Lanark clock now has the right time

When Ridgepark Drive resident Mr John Ruane was in the town’s High Street last week and looked up at the clock in the town steeple, he was “surprised and annoyed” to see that it was an hour slow, still stuck in Greenwich Mean Time.

But when alerted to the situation by the Gazette, South Lanarkshire Council moved quickly torectify the issue.
