Lanark Loch ruined by vandals?

Alan Douglas (28) frequently walks his dog Tico around the Loch and can’t believe the state of both the water and the banks.

He said: “It honestly looks as if somebody has emptied a bin into the water.

“Not only is this an absolute eyesore it is also a massive risk to the many forms of wildlife that have chosen to make the loch their home.”
