Lanark youngsters plant for the future in Castlebank
Youngsters from the five primary schools in the Lanark area have been playing their part in the regeneration of Lanark’s Castlebank Park.
The Friends of Castlebank Group, set up to renew the near-derelict park, invited the children from Lanark Primary, Robert Owen, St Mary’s, Kirkfieldbank and New Lanark schools to plant a tree each.
