Linda Cunningham moonwalks through Edinburgh

MOVE over Neil Armstrong as Broughton woman Linda Cunningham is moonwalking her way through Edinburgh for charity.

Linda (48) will take to the streets of the capital on the night of June 19, alongside daughter Leigh (20), to raise funds for Walk the Walk, in aid of the fight against breast cancer.

On the night of the challenge, thousands of women and men, all dressed in brightly decorated bras, will powerwalk to raise money and awareness of the charity.

It's a subject, which is very close to Linda's heart, having been diagnosed with the disease 16 years ago.

She said: "I'm really looking forward to taking part in the MoonWalk. It gives me a chance to raise money for a fantastic charity.

"It was Leigh who suggested it to me and really bullied me into doing it. I haven't done anything like this before but I'm sure it will be a great experience.
