Major fire at derelict school
Firefighters are tackling a blaze at a single-storey building on Crookston Road.
The building is thought to be the former Howford Primary School.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted at 3.49pm on Monday, June 30 to reports of a building fire in Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised a number of resources to the scene at Crookston Road, where firefighters are currently tackling a fire within a single-storey building.”
