Man charged after two-vehicle road accident at Bishopbriggs yesterday
A man has been charged after a two-vehicle road accident at Bishopbriggs yesterday (Wednesday, July 29).
Two cars were involved in the collision at Auchinairn Road at its junction with Northgate Road around 4pm.
Police said the driver of one of the vehicles was taken to hospital suffering from a head injury but it was not believed to be serious.
Two passengers in the other car sustained mild injuries.
The road was closed for some time after the accident.
Police said the 41-year-old driver of one of the cars had been charged with alleged careless driving.
