Man due to appear in court in connection with Waterside Road accident
A 22-year-old man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow (Friday, January 22) in connection with a serious road accident at Waterside Road, Kirkintilloch, just over a year ago.
Ross Aitken of Kirkintilloch will face a charge under the Road Traffic Act.
Stephen and Lindy Wright and their children Holly (14) and Scott (11) were at home when a Vauxhall Astra car crashed through a wall of their house and ended up in the family’s living-room.
The family’s ordeal happened around 7pm on Monday, October 27, 2014.
