May celebrates 106th birthday
Auchlochan resident’s latest milestone.
Former nurse and hotelier May Hunter celebrated her 106th birthday at Lesmahagow’s Auchlochan retirement village on Friday, surrounded by the many staff and fellow residents she has come to know well in her 18 years there.
Originally from Glasgow, May retired back in Scotland after working in the Lake District.
