Mearns Castle cook up a storm
AS PART of the East Renfrewshire vocational programme, Mearns Castle S6 pupil Amy-Jo Fairbairn — along with other East Renfrewshire pupils — planned and prepared a three course feast at a special banquet for VIPs recently.
Amy-Jo has been studying for a culinary art course and was awarded the Reed Kerr Curriculum for Excellence Award.
