Inspector Stephen McManus, of Lanarkshire Police Division, said:

“Richard hasn’t been seen by his family since Monday, and as time passes we are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing. He does have access to his vehicle and is believed to have travelled outwith the local area possibly to the Edinburgh area . I would ask anyone with information on his current location to contact Lanark Police Office on 101.”
