Missing woman found after appeal

A 22-year-old woman missing from her home in Cumbernauld has been found safe and well in Glasgow.

Lauren McNally was last seen around 7pm on Wednesday, February 11, when she left her home in Torbrex Road.

Police have been carrying out extensive enquiries and have been checking CCTV footage in an effort to gain more information as to Lauren’s whereabouts.

Today Monday, Police Scotland confirmed she had been found. A spokesman said: ‘‘Members of the media and the public are thanked for their assistance.’’
